Five9 Named a Finalist in Two Categories at the 2024 A.I. Awards

Best Use of AI in Customer Service. 

The A.I. Awards, launched earlier this year by The Cloud Awards, are designed to recognize and reward excellence and innovation in cloud artificial intelligence technologies and machine learning. In this inaugural year, Five9 was recognized as a finalist in both Best Use of AI-Driven Personalization and Best Use of AI in Customer Service categories. This recognition underscores our mission to deliver solutions that enhance personalization and elevate customer experience to new heights. 

In each category, Five9 was recognized for its best-in-class Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) which is powered by Inference and leverages conversational-AI solutions, like the recently launched GenAI Studio, to automate manual tasks and answer common questions in organizations’ contact centers. Five9 IVA delivers engaging conversational experiences for customers calling in, meeting the growing demand for both efficiency and a more personalized, human touch.
