Five9 Leading the Way at Dreamforce 2018

It’s that time of year again! If you are anything like our Five9 team, you have been anxiously waiting for Dreamforce 2018. Each year Salesforce ups the ante, and Dreamforce gets bigger, bolder and brighter. This year is no exception and Five9 has tons of exciting events for you to attend.
This year our trailblazing CEO, Rowan Trollope will host a session on Thursday, September 27th at 1 p.m. at the Marriot Marquis, Foothill E. Rowan will share how AI is shaping the future of the contact center and how Five9 integrates with Salesforce to revolutionize the customer experience.
Additionally, our Product Marketing team, lead by Director of Product Marketing Darryl Addington, will share how to prepare AI in the contact center on Wednesday, September 26th at 4 p.m. at Moscone South.
Our Five9 booths are located in Moscone South #337 and #2021. We will demonstrate our Five9 Virtual Contact Center (VCC). Our solution consultants will be on hand to give personalized tours and answer any questions you may have. You can receive dedicated time with our solutions consultants by booking your personalized booth tour in advance.
When you are ready for a break from all the Dreamforce excitement, come by Five9 booth #2021. Five9 is sponsoring a relaxation station featuring two masseuses and multiple massage chairs. While you are being pampered, Five9 will also have daily booth raffles for a pair of Plantronics 5200 headset at booth #337.
Throughout Dreamforce, Five9 is focused on giving back. For each badge scanned at a Five9 booth, Five9 will donate $1 to either Benioff’s Children’s Hospital or Donorschoose.org. In addition, Five9 will donate $5 for every 5-minute live demo attended in booth #337 during Dreamforce 2018.
