In today’s competitive landscape, consumers increasingly expect seamless and personalized experiences designed to exceed their expectations. Conversely, brands increasingly want to proactively reach customers for sales, e-commerce, bill pay, or appointment reminders, in addition to service and support. 

Yet, many businesses struggle with fragmented customer journeys due to customer interactions being spread across many platforms and touchpoints, each of which are often siloed.

To address these challenges and advance Five9’s ambition of becoming the orchestration engine for every interaction across the entire journey, I’m excited to announce our agreement to acquire Acqueon a company with whom we’ve been partnering for almost two years. 

Acqueon excels in orchestrating proactive outbound customer engagement across numerous CX scenarios. They have assisted leading financial services, retail and healthcare businesses to connect with their audiences and increase revenue through higher contact and conversion rates. This acquisition expands our market reach, tapping into new markets for sales, proactive service, revenue management, and more.

Like a symphony conductor, Acqueon’s platform uses AI and contextual data to predict, personalize and orchestrate when and how to best reach customers. Adding Acqueon’s capabilities to the Five9 Intelligent CX platform will provide a native solution beyond the integration we already have today through our existing partnership. 

In addition, the multi-modal interactions handled by Acqueon generate additional contextual data that will further strengthen the value of the Five9 Genius AI suite. Leveraging AI successfully requires a good data foundation. The added contextual data from Acqueon can enrich Five9’s AI-powered platform, offering even deeper insights and more personalized interactions across various communication channels. 

Finally, the addition of Acqueon’s capabilities into Five9 accelerates our integration with Epic to enable healthcare companies to provide seamless experiences for their customers. 

As we welcome Acqueon’s talented team to Five9 when this agreement closes, we look forward to a future of continued innovation and growth. With this exciting acquisition, we are more committed than ever to powering AI-elevated CX for our customers.
