It’s one thing to talk the talk, but at Five9, we’re even prouder to walk the walk. That’s why we’re humbled and honored to be named one of Forbes’ Most Trustworthy Companies in America for 2017.

 

Every year, Forbes and MSCI ESG Research – a provider of market indexes and equity portfolio analysis tools – look at 2,300 non-financial U.S. companies that rate the most trustworthy based on accounting and governance practices. The companies on this list have consistently rated highly in Accounting and Governance Risk (AGR) scoring and are considered truly trustworthy.

 

Five9 topped the list with a current AGR score of 92 out of 100.

 

We’re constantly focused on how best we can serve our customers. We believe one way to do that is to be as clear and open with our business as possible. The benefits reaped are two-fold 1) our customers feel invested in what we have to offer and 2) they trust us.  

 

Under our CEO Mike Burkland’s leadership, for example, Five9 has experienced no revenue decline for the last 37 quarters. That’s something we are proud of – and we’re even happier to share these types of milestones with our Five9 community, customers and partners, without whom success would not be possible.
